The Oregon Department of Agriculture has a variety of emergency preparedness plans in place. The bulk of the resources on this Web page concerns information on both state and federal emergency response plans for animal health emergencies, plant health emergencies, food safety and related potiential food emergencies, and personal and business disaster planning. If you need to report an immediate, life threatening emergency, please phone 911, and help will be dispatched.

Oregon Department of Agriculture Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)
