Annual Performance Progress Reports use data from key areas to measure the Commission system's progress toward its mission and goals.  The work of the Commission aligns with Oregon Benchmarks, which are high-level societal measures that gauge how Oregon is doing as a whole. Agency performance measures represent stepping stones to achieving Oregon Benchmark targets.

Annual Performance Reports address only legislatively required measures and do not reflect the full breadth of Commission work.  Current measures the Commission must report on are listed in Legislatively Adopted Performance Measures, 2007-2009.  This report shows how the Commission's measures contribute to Oregon Benchmarks related to child and family wellbeing.
