Healthy Start of Oregon is a voluntary home visiting and family support program assisting first-time families in giving their newborn children a “healthy start” in life. Healthy Start is accredited by the evidence based Healthy Families America program model. Healthy Start supports positive parenting so that children are free of abuse and neglect, are healthy, and enter school ready to learn.
