Thank you for accessing the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners’ (OBCE) web page.
Please take the opportunity to read through the Exam Candidate’s Guide which is also available on this web site. The Exam Candidate’s Guide outlines all necessary educational requirements, and other pertinent information for application. The Exam is held on the last Friday in the months of January, April, July and October. There is a 30 day application deadline prior to each exam.
All applicants for licensure need to contact the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners to purchase the DC application packet. The DC Application packet is available for a fee of $10.00. You may use the attached Credit Card Authorization form, or submit a personal or business check made payable to the OBCE. Please be sure to include your name, mailing address and telephone number. Mail payments to the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners located at 3218 Pringle Rd. SE, Suite 150, Salem, OR 97302-6311. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.
Official forms enclosed in the DC Application packet include the application, Request for Accommodation, if necessary, Certification of Licensure in another State, Request for Social Security Number and a FBI Standard Applicant Fingerprint Card and ID Verification (Form FD258). (Additional memorandums may be added to update the candidate of proposed or adopted changes to the exam or exam policies.)
Please read the Exam Candidate’s Guide thoroughly. It is the candidate’s responsibility to provide all necessary information to complete the application file by the exam deadline.
