Annual Performance Measures
The Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman is an independent state agency that serves long-term care facility residents through complaint investigation, resolution and advocacy for improvement in resident care. Program staffing includes a State Long-Term Care Ombudsman, six full time deputies, four support staff members, and a statewide network of committed volunteers. The program is monitored by the Long-Term Care Advisory Committee, appointed by the Governor and legislative leadership. The Long-Term Care Advisory Committee Members and their statewide representations are:
