| NOTE: This website is maintained by the Department of Land Conservation and Development as a service to the Ocean Policy Advisory Council (OPAC) and the Office of the Governor. The department provides staff and support to OPAC, pursuant to ORS 196.435(1)(b). The Oregon Ocean Policy Advisory Council (OPAC) is a legislatively mandated marine policy advisory body to the Governor of Oregon (ORS 196.433). Meetings of OPAC are usually held in cities on the Oregon coast. Please use this link to view a current roster of OPAC members along with their contact information.
