Reports
Biennial Community Report 2008
By statute, the commission will submit to the Governor at the beginning of each biennium a report containing the concerns and issues confronting the Hispanic population in Oregon. The report will also identify programs, projects, and activities which the commission will undertake regarding those issues.
 
 
2008 Oregon Benchmark Race & Ethnicity Report 
The Oregon Progress Board periodically assesses how well Oregon’s racially and ethnically diverse groups are doing in regard to the Oregon Benchmarks. The last report was done in 2006. The Progress Board hopes this report will provide a base of information to help readers understand issues and challenges faced by racially and ethnically diverse groups in Oregon.
 
 
 

Statistics
Center for Health Statistics
The Center for Health Statistics (Vital Records) is Oregon's vital records office. Each birth, marriage, divorce, and death that occurs in Oregon is registered and filed with our office.

The Vital Records office is responsible for certifying, amending, and issuing these vital event records, compiling and analyzing data from the records, and maintaining the adult and youth risk behavior surveys.
 
 
Oregon Office of Economic Analysis
The Office of Economic Analysis (OEA) provides objective forecasts of the state's economy, revenue, population, corrections population, and Youth Authority population. These forecasts are used by the Governor, the Legislature, state agencies, and the public to achieve their goals.

Oregon Economic and Community Development Department

The site is designed and maintained by the Oregon Economic & Community Development Department. They provide economic and community development and cultural enhancement throughout the state, and administer programs that assist businesses, communities and people. Oregon's economic development system is designed to meet the state's changing economy, provide flexibility in funding statewide and regional needs, and focus on funding economic and community development services for rural and distressed communities.
 
 
Oregon Population Research Center
The Population Research Center (PRC) is an interdisciplinary public service, research, and training unit for population-related data and research for the State of Oregon.

Pew Hispanic Center
Founded in 2001, the Pew Hispanic Center is a nonpartisan research organization that seeks to improve understanding of the U.S. Hispanic population and to chronicle Latinos' growing impact on the nation. The Center does not take positions on policy issues. It is a project of the Pew Research Center, a nonpartisan "fact tank" in Washington, DC that provides information on the issues, attitudes and trends shaping America and the world. It is funded by The Pew Charitable Trusts, a public charity based in Philadelphia.
