Agency Coordinators
Agency Coordinators are designated by each agency's management to plan and coordinate the agency's food drive efforts. Agency Coordinators attend an orientation session and receive materials prepared by the Statewide Planning Committee; set agency fundraising goals and encourage participation; plan and publicize food and fundraising events; answer employee questions and provide information about the food drive and hunger in Oregon; collect and track donations; report total donation results to Statewide Planning Committee; and work with and encourage Site Coordinators if needed.

Let your supervisor know if you are interested in helping make a difference by volunteering as an Agency Coordinator.
 

Site Coordinators
Site Coordinators are named by Agency Coordinators, in conjunction with the agency's management, to plan and coordinate food drive efforts within specific units or locations. Site Coordinators work closely with Agency Coordinators to set unit/location fundraising goals and encourage participation; plan and publicize food and fundraising events; answer employee questions and provide information about the food drive and hunger in Oregon; collect and track unit/location donations; report unit/location donation results to Agency Coordinator.
