Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs Launches Veteran Benefit Awareness Outreach
ODVA
All Oregon state agencies have placed a link to the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs (ODVA) on their websites as directed by the Governor in a recent executive order. The link will be found at the bottom of any agency’s home page or you can click on the link, here:

The new program provides veterans, their dependents and survivors information about the many benefits available to them. As a veteran you have certain benefits you earned as a result of your service to your state and country. Spouses and dependents of veterans may also have benefits available; however, these benefits are there for you only if you apply for them.

The logo is a link to a website where veterans and their spouses can find out things like; How to apply for a government job, how to apply for a home loan, file a benefits claim, enroll in health care or go to college.

For more information about veteran job search benefits, click on the “Contact Us” link located on the left navigation bar on this screen and find the WorkSourceOregon veteran’s representative closest to you.
