The job growth rate keeps sinking. In May, Oregonhad added just 0.4 percent to employment totals in a year’s time. Other states are doing poorly as well, so Oregonstill ranks in the top half for growth – barely.

May brought the state’s third straight monthly job decline. Oregonlast lost jobs this frequently in 2003.
