Application for Senior and Disabled Deferral must be submitted between January 1 – April 15 to the county assessor’s office.
The county assessor’s office will complete its portion of the application and forward it to the Oregon Department of Revenue for approval.
Applications received after April 15 will be denied.
Special Assessment Applications must be submitted between October 1 – December 1 to the assessment district that billed you for the improvement.
The assessment district will complete its portion of the application and forward it to the Oregon Department of Revenue for approval.
Applications received after December 1 will be denied.
