In addition to paying by check or money order, you may pay your taxes using these methods.

Checking or savings account
Choose this payment method to make an electronic payment from your checking or savings account. There is no fee to use this payment option. This payment option is a service provided by U.S. Bank, but you do not need to have an account with them. You may use this option to pay the following:
 
Personal income taxes
  • Current year taxes due
  • Amended return taxes due
  • Quarterly estimated payments
  • Assessments or deficiencies

Credit card
Choose this payment method to make a payment using your Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit card. The service provider will charge you a fee to use this payment option. You will be able to cancel and use a different payment method after the service provider tells you the fee. You may use this option to pay the following:
 
Personal income taxes
  • Current year taxes due
  • Amended return taxes due
  • Quarterly estimated payments
  • Assessments or deficiencies
Combined payroll taxes
  • Oregon withholding
  • Oregon unemployment tax
  • Workers’ benefit fund assessment
  • Transit district excise taxes – TriMet and Lane County
Tobacco taxes
  • Tobacco tax from Internet purchase (Form 514)
  • Cigarette stamps
  • OTP distributor license
  • OTP consumer license

Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
Choose this payment method to make a payment from your financial institution using ACH debit or credit. This payment method is required for businesses who are federally required to use the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). For all other businesses, it is optional. You may use this option to pay the following:
 
Combined payroll taxes
  • Oregon withholding
  • Oregon unemployment tax
  • Workers’ benefit fund assessment
  • Transit district excise taxes—TriMet and Lane County
Corporate taxes
  • Estimated corporate income taxes
  • Estimated corporate excise taxes
