| Electronic Filing of Personal Income Tax Returns (Forms 40, 40S, 40N and 40P) This program allows electronic filing of federal and state tax returns in a single transmission to the IRS and the State of Oregon. Both the federal and state returns must be transmitted together. Oregon 2-D Barcoded Returns This program allows taxpayers to file their Oregon individual income tax returns with a two-dimensional (2-D) barcode. 2-D barcode technology speeds-up the processing of income tax returns and refunds. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) This program allows payment of combined payroll and estimated corporation taxes by Electronic Funds Transfer.
