The data form has been developed to facilitate the incorporation of slide information from a variety of sources. It was originally developed to inventory the 1996 and 1997 storm events but can be used to input data from other dates. If you have a large amount of data and /or other means of transfer would be more efficient, please contact Bill Burns directly.
The data form can be printed directly from your web browser ( go to data sheet) or can be downloaded to your system by (right) clicking on the icons below. The form was originally created in Microsoft Word 97 and that is the preferable format. The other formats may contain slight misalignments.
