Inmate Fails to Report, Warrant Issued
The Oregon Department of Corrections has issued a felony warrant for the arrest of Leander Louis Lucero, an inmate on community supervision in Jefferson County who failed to report to his parole officer.
Lucero is a Native American male weighing 205 lbs. He is 5'9" tall with black hair and brown eyes.
Lucero was imprisoned in April 2004 and has a history of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII). He was released from prison in January 2005.
The Oregon Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension Unit believes that Lucero may be in the Warm Springs or Madras areas.
