Ms. Morgan is the Lead Investigator for the Prehospital Standards Unit. She is primarily responsible for the investigation of EMS related complaints. In addition to her primary duties as the lead investigator she is also responsible for licensing ambulance services/vehicles and authorizing EMS Medical Directors. OREGON TRAUMA PROGRAM

Ms. Werner is responsible for the development and management of the Oregon Trauma System and EMS-C Program, including inspection and accreditation of trauma hospitals and oversight of the state trauma quality improvement program.
