Reducing the burden of diabetes in Oregon
Oregon's Action Plan for Diabetes
The Oregon Diabetes Program goal is to reduce the burden of diabetes in Oregon through a public health approach, working in collaboration with partners in the public and private sectors. Program activities focus both on the evolving health care infrastructure in Oregon and in community development. Our most innovative efforts to date have been in managed care.
