Child Health Provider Tool Kit

Many child health providers have a variety of questions and concerns when implementing developmental screening and surveillance into their practice. To best address these concerns the Oregon ABCD Early Childhood Screening Initiative developed a Tool Kit with specific recommendations on developmental screening, surveillance, and referral practices. Our goal is to help support you, your practice and your patients by providing information that may help you - in an easy-to-use format. This Tool Kit includes information about validated developmental screening tools, surveillance, reimbursement, and referral practices, processes, and resources.
