BCCP Web Data System


The BCCP Web Data System is an Internet-based program that allows enrolling providers, ancillary providers, and state administrators to collect and share information. Data and claims must be submitted directly to the BCCP electronically.

 

Receive Training

Take online training on how to use the Web Data System, including how to fill out the paper forms, enter data and claims, and view reports such as your explanation of benefits (claims status) report.

 

Download (pdf) the Web Data System User Guide or view it online.

Print Out Forms

 

Download and make copies of the new paper forms. You will be entering all the information from the forms online. Please do not mail or fax any of these forms to the State.

 

Practice Online

 

You can log on to our PRACTICE BCCP Web Data System at any time. Any data or claims entered into the PRACTICE Web Data System are just for practice. Please do not enter any real patient information.

Log on

 

After you have been trained and received a user request form, log on to the BCCP Web Data System to enter data and submit claims.
