Become a Provider in our Network

Why do we have a network of providers?

The Oregon BCCP partners with a network of healthcare providers throughout the state to provide breast and cervical cancer screening services to BCCP patients.

Who is part of our network?

The providers in our network include primary care providers, surgeons, imaging facilities, labs, and others.

What services do you cover and what rates do you reimburse at?

We reimburse up to Medicare rates for the Portland metropolitan area. Refer to our list of covered services for a listing of covered services.

What is involved in being a BCCP provider?

The providers in our network:

  1. Sign a Medical Services Agreement (MSA) with BCCP.
  2. Undergo an orientation to familiarize them with the program.
  3. Collect and submit to the BCCP critical screening and diagnostic medical data about the services they deliver.

What is the Medical Services Agreement (MSA)?

The Medical Services Agreement (MSA) for BCCP providers has been reviewed at the Department of Justice and is being finalized by the program. The MSA will replace the currently existing contract for all providers and is expected to be available in July 2008. All BCCP providers will be sent a copy of the agreement for their review at that time.
