Living Well with Chronic Conditions Workshops
Living Well programs are now available in many counties in Oregon. In addition, some counties are also offering Tomando Control de Su Salud - a Spanish-language version of Living Well - or Positive Self-Management for People with HIV/AIDS - a 7-week program specifically designed for people living with HIV/AIDS.
