Our mission is to advance policies, environments, and systems that promote health and prevent and manage asthma and other chronic diseases.

Burden Report

This report provides a compilation of data on asthma in Oregon. The report includes information on asthma prevalence, hospitalizations, deaths, management of asthma, pediatric asthma, and more.

The Oregon Asthma Program conducted four focus groups in Fall 2007; two with people with asthma and two with caregivers of children with asthma.
Asthma Data Workgroup

The Asthma Data Workgroup is a partnership made up of the Oregon Asthma Program, health plans, health systems, local health departments, and the Oregon Division of Medical Assistance Programs to measure the care of people with asthma who are insured privately or publicly.

The Guide to Improving Asthma Care in Oregon

Self-Management Program

Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-week workshop that provides tools for living a healthy life with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, asthma and heart disease.
