On Jan. 11, the Oregon Department of Human Services randomly selected names from the OHP Standard reservation list, which now contains the names of over 53,000 Oregon residents.

If you want your name included on the reservation list for future drawings, add your name today.

Starting Feb. 1, the Provider Services Call Center at 800-336-6016 will be open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Mon-Thurs) and 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fridays.
