OR-Kids Executive Steering Committee
The OR-Kids Executive Steering Committee will guide the OR-Kids project from a strategic perspective, provide policy decision-making, and assure that project resources are available to support the strategic vision and successful implementation of the project. As executive sponsors of the project, the Executive Steering Committee will share the project vision and strategy with external stakeholders as well as with higher-level stakeholders and decision makers. Members of this Committee will utilize their professional influence when and where needed to help maintain project momentum, with a focus on budget and policy.

OR-Kids Operational Steering Committee
The OR-Kids Operational Steering Committee will provide regular guidance and feedback to the project by representing key stakeholder needs. The focus of this Committee is tactical and operational. This Committee will keep the project on-course to meet the business needs of the project, act as a “problem-solving” group to help resolve issues that could negatively affect the project, act as the decision making body for various project issues, help control changes to the project, and understand and recommend issue escalation needs to the Executive Steering Committee.
