The Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Office (SPO), is the central procurement authority for the State. SPO developed the Public Contracting Rules for state agencies subject to DAS authority (Agencies).

Most state agencies use the ORPIN system to reach suppliers in order to procure goods and services.
