What chronic conditions make someone eligible for four-per-year nutritional counseling?
 
In 2009, PEBB medical plans cover nutritional counseling sessions with a registered dietician. Plans cover four sessions per year for members with a chronic condition. At minimum, these conditions include the following. Plans may include other conditions; ask your plan.
