Using benchmark-related data for 2009 the report examines changes across the past two decades for Oregon's Asian/Pacific Islanders, African Americans, American Indian, and Hispanic populations.

The 2008 Oregon Population Survey, conducted in the summer and fall of 2008, provides a wealth of information on the well-being and perceptions of Oregonians.
