| Audio & Video Conferencing Services Transition Information |

Since June of 2009 DAS Operations Technology Support Center (TSC), the Enterprise Information Strategy and Policy Division (EISPD), the State Data Center (SDC) have been working to transition the Audio and Video conferencing services to either an outsource provider or another agency offering these critical services. In November 2010, stakeholders agreed to transition to the Oregon State University (OSU).
The transition of service delivery responsibility to OSU Managed Communications Services (MCS) was completed successfully on 12/31/2010.
Customers should continue to call the same number they currently use to reserve audio or video conferences, 503-378-2135, press option #3, or log into the Video Scheduler http://scheduler.state.or.us/tcreliance/default.asp. The only difference will be the new customer service representative v oice to assist you after the transition is complete. In addition, you may contact OSU for services via email at meetme@ous.edu or via the web at http://meetme.ous.edu.
In addition, to the transitioning to OSU, stakeholders may continue to use statewide contracts through ATT (PA #4124) and iLinc Communications (PA #9782)
