  • The Suggestion Program is your tool to help create a more perfect work environment.

  • Use the Suggestion Program to deliver your creative and innovative ideas to the Suggestion Award Commission for possible implementation in your unit, your division, department or the entire state.

  • Earn a share of the savings when your idea is adopted.

  • It´s easy...simply document your idea on the Suggestion Application form and mail it to:

Application Tips
  • Complete all sections of this form so that your idea can be easily understood. If you use technical terms, explain those not in common use.
  • Be as thorough as possible when stating your solution and the benefits to be derived.
  • Call on state resources when documenting costs for your implementation plants. Check the state directory for individuals who can provide cost estimates for printing, programming, transportation, personnel, etc.

The Employee Suggestion Program has provided the Suggestion Application form in two formats Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat:
