Notice of land available to Political Subdivisions
Statute requires DAS to notify all political subdivisions within Oregon when a state agency is disposing of real property. We are now posting these notices on our Web site in order to reach the largest possible audience. We will continue to notify cities, counties and school districts by mail, as has been the practice.
