| Mill Creek Corporate Center (formerly known as Mill Creek Industrial Park) is a 514 acre, institutional quality Business Park surrounding open space and interpretive wetlands. The project offers large distribution sites, business and industrial parks, a commercial core offering restaurants, banking, and other services to the Corporate Center occupants. Flex-space, manufacturing sites, warehousing, and offices are offered in a spacious, planned environment which will attract new firms and industries to the Salem region. | |

| The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) collaborated with the City of Salem and the Salem Urban Renewal Agency to prepare the Mill Creek Corporate Center for sale. Together these governmental organizations are working cooperatively in the disposition and development of the property, and providing the financing and construction of the off-site infrastructure to support the project. The highest and best use for the site is industrial, warehouse distribution, & light manufacturing. The master plan, urban renewal district and zone change have been implemented. Tax increment revenues will finance the off-site infrastructure and wetland mitigation for the project. This will provide the project with “shovel ready” sites for the master developer and end users. | |

| Phase I, Parcel A is a 160 acre planned, industrial development, including a 72 acre Business Park (flex space with light industrial and office), a 79 acre Industrial Park, and a 10 acre commercial center. Phase I, Parcel B is a 146 acre site located on the north end of the project. | |
