Largely comprised of state agency leaders, it also includes critical local, regional, and tribal interests as well as members from the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
The GRC will convene focused workgroups during the initial stages of response and recovery following an event. The workgroups convened by each region will have a composition designed to address the specific issues and concerns of that individual region.
