For all LCSWs and CSWAs who were born in January, please note that your renewal forms will be mailed from the Board office on Tuesday,December 1, 2009.

Remember, it is your responsibility to timely renew your Certificate or License. To avoid paying a $50 late fee, you’re renewal must be “filed with and accepted by the Board” by January 31, 2010. [OAR 877-020-0020(8)]
